Self-locking motor

HLXCORE è la gamma di attuatori interrati Cardin per cancelli a battente: scompare in una cassa di fondazione sotto il cancello, per gli ingressi dove l’estetica è prioritaria o il fissaggio a pilastro non è possibile.

Due versioni: a 24V, per ante fino a 350 kg, e a 230V, per ante fino a 550 kg, entrambe con ante fino a 3 metri. La trasmissione a biella e manovella, su leve con pivottamento su sfera, rende il movimento dell’anta regolare e silenzioso; la tenuta stagna IP67 protegge la meccanica e la riduzione irreversibile blocca l’anta in chiusura.

Sulla versione 24V il controllo della posizione avviene tramite encoder con autoapprendimento. L’apertura standard è di 110° e raggiunge i 360° con l’accessorio a pignone e catena; lo sblocco d’emergenza a chiave personalizzata ha il riarmo a innesto automatico. Casse di fondazione zincate a caldo o in acciaio inox; centrale esterna Cardin dedicata.

The menu allows you to rapidly set the system parameters including: the sequential button mode, automatic reclosing, warning lamp pre-flashing, intermittent warning lamp activation, indicator light and photoelectric cell function setting etc. The electronics card, thanks to the presence of the real-time clock, allows you to set 10 events (shown on the display) and these events permit you to regulate the opening and closing of the motor at different times during the day within 3 weekly time bands (Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun, Mon-Sun); the events can be enabled or disabled (during holiday periods) either from the menu or by means of a radio channel.
